The ham air-dries in our restaurant for many months. The salmon is home-smoked and the sausages for the almost-traditional potato salad are home-made. The bread comes straight from the oven, we went to Vigge’s fields to pick up the vegetables … And you can taste it. Complete your lunch with a special-brew draught beer, a nice glass of wine – or a cold soft drink or tasty, home-made juice when you have your car waiting on our parking.
Tuesday to Friday when lunch is often business-related, we do our best to meet your timings, speed up the kitchen and help you to match a nice, relaxed lunch into a busy schedule. Feel free to call in advance … so that we know when you will be arriving.
Lunch is served between 12 and 14 – if you feel for staying a little longer, feel free to enjoy a good cup of coffee … maybe in our atrium when the sun is shining.
