Cancellation policy

Cancellation of:
Restaurant table reservation and gourmet stay.

• Cancellations and changes to the number of guests in a reservation can be made by sending a written request to restaurant@frularsen.dk no later than 12:00 p.m. on the day before arrival.
  Provided that the cancellation or change is made in a timely manner, the reservation will be canceled or the number of guests adjusted without any charge.

• If you cancel or change the number of guests in your reservation later than 12:00 p.m. on the day before arrival, you will be charged 100% of the confirmed price, including tax.

• For à la carte table reservations, each person will automatically be charged a fee of 500 DKK per person if the reservation is canceled or the number of guests is changed later than 12:00 PM on the day before arrival.

• If the guest does not show up without a valid cancellation, 100% of the confirmed price including VAT will be charged.

Cancellation of conferences and parties.

• Cancellations for conferences and corporate events may be made by sending a written notice to restaurant@frularsen.dk up to 14 days prior to arrival, free of charge.
  Provided the cancellation is made in a timely manner, the reservation will be canceled free of charge.

• If a corporate event or conference is canceled less than 14 days in advance, 100% of the confirmed price, including VAT, will be charged.

• If you change the number of guests in your reservation up to 12:00 noon two days before arrival, a 50% charge of the confirmed price, including tax, will apply

• If you change the number of guests in your reservation after 12:00 p.m. on the day before arrival, you will be charged 100% of the confirmed price, including tax.

• If the guest does not show up without a valid cancellation, 100% of the confirmed price including VAT will be charged.

At Fru Larsen you will find both rooms in a slightly older style and rooms in a newer style. This gives you as a guest an opportunity to choose rooms according to what you want. You can find the different room types on this website.
